The database consists of two collections: British Periodicals Collection I includes more than 160 journals covering the fields of literature, philosophy, history, science, the fine arts and the social sciences. British Periodicals Collection II contains more than 300 journals including titles in the fields of literature, music, art, drama, archaeology and architecture.
