Decolonization in Canadian and Indigenous Science Fiction

Terminology

Before you start your search, keep in mind that over the years various names have been used to refer to Indigenous Peoples in Canada and other Indigenous groups around the world.

Any of the following terms could be used  in your search: Indian, Indigenous, Aboriginal, First Nations, Native peoples and nation name, e.g. Cree..

More commonly in use now is the term Indigenous. In Canada, Indigenous Peoples collectively refers to First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples.
