Queen's University Library Borrowing Policies

  • Queen's students can borrow most books from the library for a period of 120 days. Borrowing periods may be shorter for items from the Law Library Reserve collection. See QUL Borrowing Policies for more information.

Interlibrary Loan

  • Omni gives you access to high-quality resources from 16 Ontario university libraries. Physical items can be requested and delivered to Queen’s University Library for pickup. Articles and book chapters can be requested and delivered to your Queen's University email. Find out more about how to request materials from other libraries via Omni.
  • If you have searched Omni and you can’t find what you need, you can submit an Interlibrary Loan (ILL) request via RACER. See Interlibrary Loans for instructions on using RACER to submit an ILL request.
