Law Society Discipline Decisions

  • Lexis Advance Quicklaw (for Queen's law students) and Lexis Advance Quicklaw Plus (campus-wide): Lexis Advance Quicklaw's database Law Societies Discipline Decisions has full-text decisions from all Canadian law societies. You can either search the Law Societies Discipline Decisions database on its own or add it as a search filter. To access this database, go to Browse button in the top left corner of the Lexis Advance Quicklaw homepage, then click Sources, and then type in the name of the database, as shown below. Screenshot of Lexis Advance Quicklaw homepage.
  • CanLII has selective full-text law society discipline decisions from most Canadian provinces and territories. Ontario decisions are available from 1991 to 2005 and continuous coverage of available decisions from 2006 to the present. Find Ontario decisions under Ontario - Law Society Tribunal (ONLST).
