Practice Guidelines

Clinical Practice Guidelines, when performed according to accepted standards, provide the highest level of evidence to inform clinical practice.  National Guidelines Clearinghouse is a free repository for Clinical Practice Guidelines and holds several resources relevant to pelvic health.

PEDro (Physiotherapy Evidence Database)

PEDro indexes and abstracts 32,000 randomised trials, systematic reviews and clinical practice guidelines specific to physiotherapy.  Some full text content is freely available or open access. Tip: "Incontinence" is a selection in the search drop-down menu.

TRIP (Turning Research into Practice)

TRIP is a clinical search engine designed to allow users to quickly and easily find and use high-quality research evidence to support their practice and/or care.
