The FHS EDI Style Guide is intended to improve equitable and inclusive verbal and written communications among diverse audiences. Section 4 provides recommendations for communications regarding gender identity and communications and Section 5 provides recommendations for communicating with reference to sexual orientation.

This is a selective guide intended to serve as a point of departure for conducting research in Gender Studies.

This campaign, created by Queen's Faculty member Lee Airton, encourages people to use a person's requested prounoun.
