About this Guide

Graduate students at Queen's Faculty of Law pursue a wide range of research topics, and their research may include jurisdictions beyond Canada. This library guide is intended to help law graduate students identify the key research databases and tools they can use to locate reliable and authoritative sources of information within their field of study.

The organization of this guide reflects some of the major categories of information sought by graduate students in law, which includes research methodology guides, Canadian laws, foreign laws, scholarly literature, and current awareness tools.

Graduate students are encouraged to book a consultation with a law librarian to identify research tools and strategies for their research. To book a research consultation, contact weblaw@queensu.ca
