The Center for Research Libraries (CRL) is a consortium of North American universities, colleges and independent research libraries which aims to acquire and preserve newspapers, journals, documents, archives and other traditional and digital resources for research and teaching. These resources are made available to full member libraries cooperatively, through interlibrary loan and electronic delivery.
Queen’s Library is able to borrow CRL materials for extended loan periods and at no cost, on behalf of Queen's faculty, students and researchers. There are no limitations with respect to format or the amount of material borrowed. Typically, interlibrary loan requests at CRL are fulfilled within one business day and delivered to the requesting institution by 2-day express courier.
