The Water Research Foundation is a non-profit, charitable research organization that participates in educational activities that is designed to initiate, supervise, coordinate, promote, and finance research in the technology, operation, and management of water, wastewater, reuse and storm water collection, treatment and supply systems, Their mandate is to ensure water quality and improve water service to the public.
They pool resources from other nonprofits, consulting firms, manufacturers, technologists, universities, government agencies, and public and private utilities globally to produce trusted, actionable water research and innovative solutions.
