This guide is organized into secions that reflect the major types of sources that are referenced in the field of international commercial arbitration law: (1) Treaties & Arbitral Rules, (2) National Laws, (3) Arbitration Awards & Decisions, and (4) Commentary.
Each section of the guide points to key finding tools available through Queen's Library and the world wide web, and provides guidance on legal citation.
