CLImate VARiability (CLIVAR)
CLIVAR is an international research programme addressing many issues of natural climate variability and anthropogenic climate change. It seeks to better understand and predict our climate in order to take precautions and to reduce impacts of climate variability and change on our planet.
The Government of Canada has invested nearly $5 billion in the ecoENERGY initiatives to help Canadians use energy more efficiently, boost renewable energy supplies and develop cleaner energy technologies.
Clean Air Partnership (CAP) is a registered charity launched in June, 2000. CAP’s mission is to work with partners to achieve clean air, facilitate the exchange of ideas, advance change and promote and coordinate implementation of actions that improve local air quality.
Established by UNEP and the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) to provide the world with a clear scientific view on the current state of climate change and its potential environmental and socio-economic consequences.

The World Bank's annual World Development Report provides a wide international readership with an extraordinary window on development economics. Each year, the report focuses on a specific aspect of development. This publication started in 1978, and is available online from 1997 to current.
