The Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) provides data and analysis on Canadian health systems and the health of Canadians. Data is provided to CIHI from hospitals, regional health authorities, medical practitioners and governments. While some information is restricted, a good deal of this information is provided freely to the public through the CIHI website.
The purpose of this guide is to clarify the access points for Queen's University researchers to CIHI publications and data, and to highlight some of the resources available to users.
