LibGuides 2 Guidelines at QUL

Please place the profile box directly underneath the left-hand menu. For guides with multiple author boxes please stack the boxes in the same location.

Besides individual author's, it may be desirable to credit guide authorship to a division or unit. In these cases, we would like to refer to the division or unit name instead of the location name (e.g. Health Sciences Unit instead of Bracken Heath Sciences Library).

We also have a general profile box for Queen's University Library at this time.

Note: it is possible to assign different profile boxes than the guide owner at any time.

We will be using (optional) headshots of all Library staff for use on the public staff directory. When these are ready, it would be a good idea to use the same photo for your LibGuides profile. Please use a photo showing your face, ideally on a neutral background.
