We are in the process of publishing an updated styling guide for the new Library web site which will include more detail of writing for the web. Until that resource is available, please keep the following things in mind:
- Single space after periods
- Use headings/box titles to break up content
- Catch the user's attention in the first few words
- Use plain language (e.g. "We" instead of "Queen's University Library")
- Use lists
