Kluwer Arbitration
Kluwer Arbitration contains a wealth of commentary from expert authors and an extensive collection of primary source materials, including ICC cases and awards. It is developed and maintained in conjunction with the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), and the Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA).

Case Law on UNCITRAL Texts (CLOUT)
The UNCITRAL Secretariat has established a system for collecting and disseminating information on court decisions and arbitral awards relating to the Conventions and Model Laws that have emanated from the work of the Commission. The purpose of the system is to promote international awareness of the legal texts formulated by the Commission and to facilitate uniform interpretation and application of those texts.
Case Law: New York Convention 1958
This database provides access to case law from a number of jurisdictions on the application of the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards. The website also provides information on the ratification of the Convention by selected States.
