International Commercial Arbitration

The American Review of International Arbitration (ARIA) is a quarterly law review that publishes scholarly articles, commentaries on recent developments, case notes, and other materials relating to international commercial arbitration. It is the only publication of its kind in the United States, and also one of the leading publications in the field internationally.

Arbitration International provides quarterly coverage for national and international developments in the world of arbitration. The journal aims to maintain balance between academic debate and practical contributions to the field, providing both topical material on current developments and analytical scholarship of permanent interest.

Published semiannually in association with the Queen's University Faculty of Law and Juris Publishing, CJCA explores developments in commercial arbitration affecting Canadian interests, whether within Canada and abroad.

Each issue contains, in addition to in-depth investigations of the most important current issues in international arbitration, Notes and Current Developments sections with concise and critical commentary on new developments.

The Journal of International Dispute Settlement is primarily designed to encourage interest in issues of enduring importance and to highlight significant trends in the field of international dispute settlement. Heavyweight and reflective articles will find preference over news-driven works. In addition to strictly legal approaches, the journal’s purview encompasses studies inspired by legal sociology, legal philosophy, the history of law, law and political science, and law and economics.

The McGill Journal of Dispute Resolution (MJDR) is a bilingual, peer-reviewed, student-run academic journal dedicated to the presentation and promotion of high quality scholarship in the fields of arbitration, mediation, facilitation, negotiation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

La Revue de l’arbitrage a été créée par le Comité français de l’arbitrage en 1955 et est, depuis cette date, la principale revue juridique consacrée à l’arbitrage en langue française. Le droit de l’arbitrage est envisagé de manière critique, au sens large du terme, à la fois sous l’aspect de la théorie générale, mais également sous l’angle du droit interne, international et comparé. La Revue de l’arbitrage a toujours eu à cœur de ne pas séparer les regards théoriques et pratiques parce qu’en cette matière plus qu’en d’autres, ils ne peuvent être dissociés. Les auteurs, particulièrement nombreux, sont très divers : français et étrangers, praticiens ou universitaires.
