Off-Campus Access

If you are a member (student, professor, researcher, employee, etc.) of Queen's University community, you can access all of the Library's subscribed electronic resources from off-campus. You just need to log in the proxy server in order to access these resources.

Overview

Web of Science is a comprehensive interdisciplinary, bibliographic database with article references from journals, books, and proceedings from sciences and technology, arts and humanities, and social sciences, brought together under a unified search interface. (Access limited to Queen's community)

What makes Web of Science Core Collection unique?

  • All selected journals in the collection are indexed cover-to-cover.
  • For each paper the following information are captured: all the authors, all author affiliation, the abstract and keywords (if provided by the author), funding acknowledgements, including agency and grant numbers (if provided, all the cited references
