Adaptive Technology Centre: Software and Assistive Devices
Adaptive Technology Centre (ATC), located in room 120, Stauffer Library, offering a range of services, computers, assistive devices, and specialized software that enable students with disabilities to read, write, research and study more effectively.
Glean for Education is an audio note-taking solution that allows students to create multi-media notes by combining audio recordings of the class, class handouts or PowerPoints, and web content such as pictures or videos. Glean for Education also allows students to receive transcripts of their class for easier note taking.
QSAS Accessibility Advisors will be able to provide students with an invitation to use this software.
The Adaptive Technologist in the Adaptive Technology Centre can provide training and support for Glean.
