SharePoint Online - cloud-based collaboration platform that integrates with Microsoft Office 365. Can collaborate with Queen's and non-Queen's users and is intended for team collaboration and communication.
Windows file service - secure method for department-level storage requirements. Permissions are managed by ITS and can only be accessed through the Campus VPN Client. Base storage is 25GB per departmental FTE, with additional storage space available for a fee.
