The following recommended resources can be of assistance when you need to:

• Use the Research Data Storage Finder to help select the appropriate backup and storage solutions while actively working with your data.

Information Technology Services (ITS)

• OneDrive for Business - secure web-based service with large storage capacity, permission management, and files can be shared with Queen's and non-Queen's users.
• SharePoint Online - cloud-based collaboration platform that integrates with Microsoft Office 365. Can collaborate with Queen's and non-Queen's users and is intended for team collaboration and communication.
• Windows file service - secure method for department-level storage requirements. Permissions are managed by ITS and can only be accessed through the Campus VPN Client. Base storage is 25GB per departmental FTE, with additional storage space available for a fee.
