Sharing Assets
It would be advantageous to consider sharing the work associated with assets within unit, across the entire system, or even just with a colleague or two. For example, if the guides within a particular unit might often refer to a shared resource such as a website or book, it would be a good idea for all the guides to refer to the same instance of the resource; that way, if the URL or other information about the resource changes, the shared instance can be updated and save each guide author the work of manually updating their own guides.
