Description
It shows up as a tooltip when hovering over the menu item. Should not be necessary if the page title is self-descriptive.
Position
It can be useful to add sub-pages for large guides. For smaller guides it would be better to avoid sub-pages.
Profile Box
Better to leave this on the front page of the guide only to avoid clutter.
Draft Mode
Useful when adding new pages to live guides that the public is already using. Another option is to clone a whole guide and make edits there and then publish the cloned guide with the same friendly-URL as the current live guide to launch it; the approach is better if a guide needs a complete overhaul.
