Students will identify the characteristic properties of solids, liquids and gases, and explore the chemical and physical changes of matter, including changes of states. This kit provides materials for six activities.
"This lesson helps students begin to move from the fundamental concept of solid, liquid, and gas to the reasoning for why the states exist under given conditions."
A series of lessons that build on each other. Includes worksheets and rubrics for each lesson for teachers to use for assessment purposes.
